We cannot accept any children on camp who does not have a completed safety form. The safety form is completed during the booking process, on Enrolmy.

We do our best to accommodate friend requests made prior to arriving on camp, making every effort to group friends together. However, there are rare occasions where camp numbers, child safety and ratios mean that this is not possible. Many children attending our camps do not know one another and will be encouraged to make new friends.

We strive for the following coach:child ratios

  • 1:8 for children aged 5-7
  • 1:12 for children aged 8-10
  • 1:15 for children aged 11+

On camp we have a first aid qualified staff member who is trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. Should your child suffer a serious injury or illness you will be contacted immediately. All accidents are reported using our Proactive health and safety management platform, which allows staff to report all incidents to head office. Please ensure you make us aware of any medical conditions or relevant medication prior to camp.

Please call our customer support team on 0121 227 4385 and they will get in touch with the camp manager on your behalf.

We create a child focused camp where we encourage all children to build their independence and therefore actively discourage parents/guardians staying around on camp. Our venues restrict visitors on camp, due to both safeguarding and capacity reasons, so for the most part, we are unable to entertain parents/guardians on site. On selected camps, we have showcase events at the end of the week where we will actively invite you along to watch. All visits, if agreed, are heavily monitored for safeguarding reasons, with clear restrictions on parents. If you have further questions on this, please contact our Customer Support Team on  to find out more.

We have indoor provisions available at most veneus, for any bad weather. At the majority of venues this includes a sports hall, which will enable us to continue delivery with little impact.

All our venues are Ofsted registered and regulated to ensure we meet all necessary requirements. Each venue has its own unique registration number (URN) which is listed on the Enrolmy camp listing page. If you require this number, please email  with your request. The overall company, Activate Management Limited, is also registered URN: 2548404.
