Performance Basketball is an intensive 3-day residential camps for boys and girls who want to improve technical ability, tactical game play and improve physical fitness. The course also focuses on decision making under pressure and giving children greater understanding of court formations.
We welcome junior players playing in national and local leagues in addition to those completely new to the game.
The programme gives players the opportunity to learn from elite coaches who have played the game both in the UK and USA. In addition, sessions in speed agility and quickness (SAQ) form part of the curriculum delivered by SAQ qualified staff.
Players will also benefit from our workshops in sports nutrition, game preparation and injury prevention.
